Full Journal pdf2001-05-08 House Journal Page 1731 HB 127 Representative Harris moved and asked unanimous consent that the House rescind previous action (page 1568) in adopting: CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 127 "An Act relating to aviation and to emergency equipment to be carried on aircraft." There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Harris moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report, thus adopting CCS HB 127 and recommended that the members vote no. The question being "Shall the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report?"
